Independent Safety Assessment

Overview

PMTS provides Independent Safety Assessment (ISA) services to ensure that rail systems are designed, implemented, and operated with the highest levels of safety integrity. As a third-party assessor, we carry out structured evaluations in accordance with international standards such as CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129. Our work spans across system lifecycle stages covering design, installation, testing, and operations to verify that hazards are effectively identified, controlled, and mitigated.

We deliver impartial, evidence-based assessments that support safety certification, regulatory approvals, and public confidence in rail system safety.
