PMTS is supporting Det Norske Veritas (DNV) for the end-client Saudi Arabia Railway (SAR). The scope is for Passenger Trainsets End-of-Contract Condition Assessment using an evidence-based methodology aligned with established UK railway handback practices, including UK ROSCO end-of-lease processes, reliability and assurance principles and risk-based inspection practices. The assessment will provide SAR with a consistent, traceable and defensible basis for evaluating fleet condition and contractual handback compliance.
